Your application processing time will vary depending on the type of application and CIC processing time. Our consultants can confirm the expected processing time of your specific case before your application package is submitted so that you have an estimated timeline of processing time.

Visitor Visa / Super Visa

Visitor visa or Super visa is also called a Temporary Resident Visa. The foreign national who wishes to visit Canada would need a Tourist visa or electronic authorization depending upon their citizenship. It is the official document issued by the IRCC that is attached in the travel document, passport. This is multiple visas issued upto the validity of passport. The visitor can visit any number of times within the validity period and can stay for a period of six months or as authorized by visa officer in one visit if on a visitor visa and can stay upto 5 years on Super Visa.

The general requirements are

  • valid passport
  • Invitation letter from the resident of Canada
  • Proof of funds
  • Proof of economic ties in the resident country
  • Proof of family ties in the resident country
  • Ability to convince the immigration officer that he/she will return at the end of the trip because of the work and family commitment at home country
  • Proof of relationship with sponsor in case of super visa
  • Proof of cut-off income
  • Medical Insurance for $100,000
