Your application processing time will vary depending on the type of application and CIC processing time. Our consultants can confirm the expected processing time of your specific case before your application package is submitted so that you have an estimated timeline of processing time.

When you retain the services of one of our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC),there are three main advantages that you will have:

Spousal Visa

Spouse can get an open work permit if:

  • - He/she is the spouse of foreign national holding valid study permit
  • - He/she is the spouse of foreign national holding valid work permit as a skilled worker in NOC Code 00, 0, A or B.
  • - Dependent children under 22 years old can get study visa / visitor visa.

Spouse and dependent children can apply for permanent residency if:

  • - He/she is the spouse of permanent resident / Canadian citizen of Canada.
  • - Legally married to you
  • - At least 18 years old
  • - Dependent children under 22 years old
  • - Dependent children don’t have a spouse or common law partner.

Sponsor is eligible to sponsor spouse and/or dependent children if:

  • At least 18 years old
  • A Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or a person registered in Canada as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act
    • If a Canadian citizen living outside Canada, must show plan to live in Canada when the persons sponsored become permanent residents.
    • Can’t sponsor someone if a permanent resident living outside Canada.
  • Able to prove that not receiving social assistance for reasons other than a disability
  • Can provide for the basic needs of any sponsored persons.
  • The sponsor should submit the proof of authenticity of there lationship to fulfill the criteria set by Citizenship and Immigration, Canada
  • The sponsored partner should have a clean police record
  • The partner should not have been invited to Canada as a sponsored spouse within a span of last 5 years

The procedure of the spouse visa for Canadian permanent residency has a higher variable when compared to other visa applications as they will not be restricted to fulfill stringent education requirements, language proficiencies or work experience.
