Your application processing time will vary depending on the type of application and CIC processing time. Our consultants can confirm the expected processing time of your specific case before your application package is submitted so that you have an estimated timeline of processing time.

Express Entry PR

The Canada Immigration Express Entry Program was introduced in January 2015 in the IRCC system for Canadian immigration. This program is designed for the selection of workers who are looking to migrate to Canada for financial stability. This is an entirely online process that involves the federal government, provincial governments, and employers in Canada. This new Canadian immigration selection system strives to eliminate all the complicated processes involved in immigration.

Canada Immigration Express Entry makes the immigration process simpler, faster and efficient and benefits the qualified skilled worker in obtaining permanent residence in less time.

Express Entry Program is not an immigration program in itself. Express Entry is an application management system that is used by the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to manage and process the application received through different federal economic immigration programs:

  • Federal Skilled Worker
  • Canadian Experience
  • Federal Skilled Trades
  • Provincial Nominee

Candidate needs to create an online profile to get into the pool of eligible candidates. CRS score is calculated based on their age, education, experience, language ability and other factors. IRCC holds draw at regular intervals and provide with cut-off CRS score eligible to get invitation to apply for permanent residency. Eligible candidates who receive ITA then formally submit an application along with all supporting documents within the time frame to get permanent residency.
